The League quest in Arc Raiders is a new mission added as part of the Headwinds update, in which players are tasked to find everything needed to set up a Speranza soccer team and find the essentials, including a deflated football and a bicycle pump to inflate it. Not only that, but you'll have to take pictures of some football goals and magazines for reference - but where do you even find those? I've gone and scouted ahead, bringing to you this full walkthrough for the mission so you can complete it yourself.
How to complete The League in Arc Raiders
The League mission in Arc Raiders can be broken into four tasks:
- Find and deliver a Deflated Football
- Find and deliver a Bicycle Pump
- Photograph the goal by the water towers in Dam Battlegrounds
- Photograph the football magazines in any kiosk in Buried City
These can be done in any order, and what's helpful is that some of these objectives actually turn out to be very close to each other. Arc Raiders is full of Bicycle Pumps and Deflated Footballs already, but The League quest places both of these items next to the goal and magazines in certain spaces so you don't have to rely on random loot drops, as we'll explain below!

Photograph the Goal by the Water Towers
The Goal by the Water Towers is on the South border of Dam Battlegrounds, below the Electrical Substation. As you approach, you'll see that there's a new interaction point (shown on the image below) where you can take a photo of the goal and tick off this objective. However, don't leave yet!
Deflated Football location
A Deflated Football can be found in various residential areas randomly, but one is placed next to the goal in the water towers, at the location shown above. There'll be an interaction point where you can dig, pulling it out of the ground. After that point, simply extract safely with it to return it to Apollo.
Photograph Football Magazines in any Kiosk
For the next two objectives, you need to head to the Buried City. Once there, head to the Marano Park in the middle of the map, and in the centre of that is a small magazine kiosk. Go inside and there'll be an interaction point to take a photograph, as shown below. Like before, make sure you don't leave yet, as you can still get the pump!
Bicycle Pump location
After taking the photograph in the Kiosk, head to the front of it as though you were a customer, and there'll be an interaction point on the ground for you to dig up. Doing so will provide you with a bicycle pump that you can use to complete the mission, assuming you extract with it safely.
