The Green Bay Packers started fast, survived a tumultuous stretch in the second half and made enough key plays late in beating the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field on Sunday. The 28-21 win featured a go-ahead touchdown run from Josh Jacobs and the game-sealing interception from Keisean Nixon after the Bears tied the game at 21 in the fourth quarter.

Here's the good, the bad and the ugly coming out of the Packers' win in Week 14:

The Good

The start, the response, and the finish: The Packers overcame an interception on the first series, took a 7-0 lead on Christian Watson's first touchdown catch and led 14-3 at halftime after producing a mostly dominant first half. The strong start eventually mattered late. When the Bears clawed back into the game and tied the game at 21 in the fourth quarter, the Packers immediately responded, riding Josh Jacobs to the go-ahead touchdown. And while the game was in the balance with under 30 seconds to go, Keisean Nixon made a terrific individual play in the end zone to finish the win with a takeaway. At every crossroad of the game, the Packers made a big play.

Watson's comeback: Roughly 11 months after tearing his ACL against the Bears at Lambeau Field to end the 2024 season, Watson was at his very best on Sunday, catching four passes for 89 yards and two scores, including the opening score on 3rd-and-10 and a 41-yard touchdown on 3rd-and-2 in the third quarter. His comeback keeps getting more and more impressive. And more and more, he's looking like the No. 1 target for Jordan Love and the passing game.

The Bad

The early interception: The Packers drove to Chicago's 38-yard line on the opening drive, but everything quickly unraveled. Jordan Love took a sack losing 14 yards on second down, and his attempt to layer a throw to Matthew Golden on 3rd-and-19 ended up going directly to C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who returned the pick to Green Bay's 36-yard line. It could have been one of those back-breaking turnovers that change a game, especially for a Bears team that has lived off takeaways. While Love's throw was regrettable, the Packers defense picked him up -- immediately forcing a three-and-out. Disaster averted. Love threw three touchdown passes after the pick.

The Ugly

The start to the second half: The Packers went up 14-3 on Bo Melton's 45-yard touchdown catch late in the first half and opened the second half with the ball and a chance to take complete control of the contest. The Bears had something else in mind. The Packers offense went three-and-out, the special teams had a penalty and gave up field position with a poor punt, and the Bears methodically marched 60 yards on the defense for a touchdown. The Packers could have opened up a three-score lead to start the third quarter with a touchdown. Instead, the Bears beat the Packers in all three phases to open the second half and immediately got back into the game.
