The Kansas City Chiefs have a mystery in the Week 14 game against the Houston Texans.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementAfter recording a pair of catches early in the contest on Sunday night, wide receiver Rashee Rice has been non-existent in the passing game since.
It's very odd to see this unfold, as Rice has been a huge piece of the Chiefs' passing attack in the six games he has played in this season since returning from suspension.
What happened to Rashee Rice?
It's hard to say what the problem is exactly.
We know Rice isn't injured and he is getting plenty of snaps, he just hasn't had a strong connection with quarterback Patrick Mahomes like he usually does.
The Chiefs haven't been great on offense, and the Texans have an elite defense, so those two factors certainly don't help.
