Subscribe to our newsletterThe former Mass Effect developers behind the very Mass Effect-esque sci-fi game Exodus know players have a big appetite for the kinds of epic RPGs that the team cut their teeth on, so there's a huge amount of pressure to live up to the hype.
"We know there's a hunger out there," Exodus narrative director, Drew Karpyshyn, says in an exclusive interview with GamesRadar+, this website here. "We're fans as well. We know the kind of games we like, and we know the audience is waiting for the next big one of these to drop, and that gives us a huge opportunity to fill that need. But it's an unbelievable amount of pressure, because their expectations are rightfully very high, and we're working very hard to make sure we meet those expectations."
