When the record was first announced in January, and introduced with the captivating lead single ‘Dead End’, Jordan also confirmed a run of live shows for 2026.

These kick off with a North American leg in April and May, before Snail Mail heads across the pond later in the summer for a stop at the Electric Ballroom in London on June 25.

Now, more dates have been added, including a handful of European tour dates and a second night at the Electric Ballroom on June 26.

‘Ricochet’ will be Jordan’s first new album in five years, offering 11 songs that are said to shift away from the narrative of young love and instead explore heavier themes, including morality, loss, and time slipping away.

As well as ‘Dead End’, the album has also been previewed by ‘My Maker’, which takes inspiration from ‘90s alt-rock, Britpop, and shoegaze.

Snail Mail’s last album, 2021’s ‘Valentine’ scored a five-star review from NME which read: “Expertly curated, every single song in ‘Valentine’s relatively restrained 10-song tracklist feels like a fully-realised gem.

“As a songwriter, Jordan continues to cut straight through to the messy, conflicted, hopelessly infatuated guts of life. It’s a rare skill to pull it off so flawlessly in a signature track or two – let alone across the space of two concise records.”
